2. PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY
2.1 Products: Our Website offers large-scale lit decorations and other related products for sale. These products are intended for corporate and retail use. We take pride in providing high-quality products and ensure that they are thoroughly inspected before being sold. Additionally, we offer gently used decorations that have been previously rented and used for a short period of time. This approach allows us to lower the overall cost of the product while ensuring that the quality is comparable to a brand new item.
2.2 Pricing: The pricing for our products is based on our cost to bring them to Canada and the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the quality of our products.
2.3 Quoting and Delivery: For large products sold online, we require customers to request a quote. This can be done through our "Get a Quote" button, where customers provide their information for accurate shipping information and rental information. Alternatively, customers can choose a pickup if they prefer to arrange their own transportation. Delivery will be organized either through our own delivery service or a shipping company.
2.4 Dimensions and Weight: Our products are large-scale and can range from 2ft - 25ft in height and weigh between 50lbs to 500lbs. Please consider the size and weight specifications when requesting a quote, as these products are designed for corporate and event use rather than residential use.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & USAGE
3.1 Quality and Safety: We strive to offer high-quality products that meet industry standards. However, please note that some products may be gently used or surplus items. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns, but we can supply additional lights if needed. We provide all necessary information on product usage and storage to ensure longevity.
3.2 Ownership and Usage: Once a product is purchased, it becomes the customer's property, and they are responsible for its use and maintenance. Guidelines for product setup, both indoors and outdoors, will be provided. However, we only offer verbal assistance and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the customer's use or handling of the product.
4. RENTAL & WARRANTY
4.1 Rentals: We offer rental services for our products, including delivery, installation, removal, and storage. During the rental period if anything is damaged a fee based on the damages will be incurred to the client.
4.2 Warranty: If a product is purchased, we provide a 2-month warranty for manufacturing defects, subject to proper usage and storage. The warranty covers the replacement of a light strand. Instructions for installation and storage will be provided upon purchase.
5. SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
5.1 Shipping: We offer client pickup for customers who can arrange their own transportation. For shipping, we work with professional shipping companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and destination.
